We will break for lunch around 12:15. Please bring your own lunch and beverage, or plan to grab something from local yums.

Always wanted to spend the day painting water, waves, and wide open skies on a bigger canvas?

This is a small paint group workshop where Tania will guide you through creating your own unique waterscape in acrylics. Bring an inspiration photo of an ocean, shoreline, waves, lake, river, or big beautiful sky. You can paint it as realistic, loose, or abstract as you like!

Please bring your own acrylic paint and supplies, including brushes, palette, palette knife, and canvas.

Tania recommends a larger pre-gessoed stretched canvas, such as 16×20 or 18×24.

* Primary Yellow or Yellow Medium
* Yellow Ochre
* Burnt Umber
* Raw Umber

Greene County Makers has tabletop easels, some paint colors, and palette knives available. Tania will bring acrylic gel medium, toning colors, Styrofoam plates, paper towels, cups, and extra inspiration pictures.

Because attendance is extremely limited, you’ll receive lots of one-on-one attention from Tania to help you get your waterscape finished, or leave with the tools and confidence you need to complete it at home.
