Hand Made Pasta Night

In this class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta in various shapes using mainly your hands and simple tools. This class is a way to learn something new, create fun memories, and bring home what you learn into your own kitchen.
At the end of the class, we will cook and taste the pasta we make.
All materials provided. If you have a favorite cutting board (not wooden, something with texture) bring that!
Class is $40 for members, $45 for non-members. Pre-registration is required.
