Greene County Makers has added a new painting instructor! Welcome, Everette Aldridge!
You can paint with Everette Mondays from 2 pm to 4 pm. Everette helps painters create impressionistic style landscapes which include three parts: a background, middle ground, and foreground. It may sound complicated but don’t fret. The instructor preps each panel with a sketch that lays out the location of trees, waterfalls, rocks, and steps. Everette’s simple, down to earth instructions guide each painter through the process of rendering natural objects in their appropriate layer. This produces depth and adds complexity. The finished painting is a piece of art that is more than the sum of its parts.
